Our 2026-2027 Annual Work Plan

Our 2026-2027 Annual Work Plan details our upcoming plans and focuses for this next year, developed by our staff and our volunteers.

We plan to focus on the following areas this year: 

1. To prioritise Older People, Ageing Services and Dementia Care.
2. To focus on the New Models of Care Programme and the impacts it has within West Northamptonshire’s communities.
3. To get connected with the work being delivered within the Local Area Partnerships and Neighbourhood level through integrated commissioning pathways.
4. To collaborate with the University of Northampton to encourage students to support our community engagement.
5. To keep updated on the current provision of dentistry in West Northamptonshire.
6. To focus on the issues surrounding GP practices and Primary Care Services in West Northamptonshire.
